2. Purposes, Legal Bases & Scope of Data Processing
Account registration and profile management: name, email address, profile photo via Google SSO, and encrypted password. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Listing services and buyer-seller messaging: contact details, messaging history, and property metadata. Legal basis: performance of a contract.
Payment processing and accounting: billing details, address, and transaction history. Card details are processed by Stripe. Legal basis: legal obligations.
Direct marketing and newsletters: email address based on legitimate interest for existing customers or consent. An unsubscribe link is available in every email.
3. Data Recipients & Third-Party Processors
We do not sell personal data. Verified processors include Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. for payment and subscription management, Google Ireland Limited for authentication and analytics, and providers of hosting, cloud infrastructure, and transaction email services.
4. Data Retention Period
Account data is retained while registration is active. Invoices and accounting records are retained for 10 years. Marketing data is retained until consent is revoked.
5. Rights of Data Subjects
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection to direct marketing processing.
