2. General Provisions & Definitions
These Terms govern the mutual rights and obligations between the Operator and users of habitao.com.
User means any natural or legal person who accesses the Platform, registers, browses listings, or uses services.
Consumer means a User acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.
Advertiser means a User who publishes property listings for sale, lease, or brokerage purposes.
3. Services Provided & Account Registration
habitao.com is a global property listing and discovery platform. The Operator provides technical infrastructure connecting sellers and landlords with potential buyers and tenants. The Operator is not a real estate agency and is not a party to contracts between Users.
Full access requires account registration. Users must provide accurate information and protect their login credentials.
4. Service Packages, Subscriptions & Pricing
Personal Listing: €4.50 one-time, 1 active listing valid for 6 months.
Business Basic: €52.50/month or €504.00/year, up to 40/70 active listings and a 60-day trial.
Business Premium: €97.90/month or €939.84/year, up to 90/150 active listings and a 60-day trial.
Prices are final. The Operator is not VAT registered.
5. Payment Terms & Automatic Renewal
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The Operator does not store card details.
Business Basic and Business Premium subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually after the 60-day trial. Users may cancel before the billing date.
6. Advertising Rules & User Content
Advertisers are legally responsible for the accuracy, legality, copyright compliance, and content of their listings.
Fraudulent listings, non-existent properties, copyright infringement, defamatory, or unlawful content are prohibited.
The Operator may edit, suspend, or remove listings and terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
7. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumer Users may withdraw from a digital service contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
Where immediate performance was expressly requested and the service fully rendered, the withdrawal right is forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability
The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for listing accuracy or losses resulting from transactions between Users.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are submitted to competent Slovak courts. Amendments take effect when published on habitao.com.
